Living Room
Large sitting room, decorated with hand-crafted furnishings by Nevisian joiner Patefield Hill, provides ample seating.
Kitchen
The wide galley-style kitchen is decorated with bright tiles and lovely cabinetry. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with deep freeze and storage, which leads out to the back yard.
Dining
Adjacent to the sitting room is a spacious dining room with wonderful hand-crafted mahogany table seating 12.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom includes a sleigh bed, walk-in closet with dressing area, leading to a very large bath with soaking tub and vanities for two. Near the front of the house and connected to the front veranda is a guest room with two four-poster mahogany beds. Shared guest bathroom serves the two guest rooms with stone shower and vanity. On the seaside of the house is a second guest bedroom with a brass queen bed.
Verandas
Stretched across the back of the house, facing St. Kitts and the sea and the inground pool, the screened veranda has Nevis cut-stone floors, sofas, and dining table to seat 10. At the front of the house is a second porch facing the palm gardens.

Recently built in-ground pool (20’ x 38’) surrounded by Nevis stone deck and nearby outdoor shower.
Details
There is a small authentic chattel house near the kitchen door, which would be used in many ways—office, studio etc. Another stone outbuilding includes a one-bedroom apartment with sitting area and kitchen area. A garage can hold a vehicle and/or tools. Another outbuilding is available on the property. There is a significant potting area space, and gardening infrastructure to support the palm collection. Drip irrigation system, security alarm system, new roof, landscape lighting. At least 160 varieties of palms, also fruits including avocado, mango, lemon and lime, breadfruit, grapefruit. The property is surrounded by hand-built stone walls, a gated driveway, and an abundance of flowering shrubs and bushes.
