Stunning in its quality and location, Oasis villa is an amazingly private family compound just a short walk from the Caribbean Sea. Overlooking St. Kitts and the lights of Basseterre, Oasis was constructed of the highest quality building materials available with a Spanish tile roof and mahogany windows and doors. The five-bedroom home is beautifully furnished with high quality fixtures. Gather on the decks or around the pool to enjoy the sun or watch it drop below the horizon every night of the year. Living Room
A gracious foyer opens into a huge, two-story open great room with large windows, spacious seating area that is open to kitchen, dining room, and out onto verandas that span the width of the house. Comfortable furnishings and spaces surrounded by many French doors that allow gentle breezes to flow through the house. Flat-screened TV with DVD. Bose CD stereo system.
Kitchen
Large, open plan kitchen with custom mahogany kitchen with all Viking stainless steel appliances, Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, double oven and microwave; granite counters; all types of small appliances, full gourmet kitchen. Main sink and separate prep-area sink.
Dining
Separate dining room off the great room and foyer could also be used as a study that faces the mountain.
Bedrooms
Spacious main bedroom with locally handcrafted mahogany king four-poster bed, private entrance to seaside veranda, A/C, ensuite bathroom with Kohler Jacuzzi tub, walk-in rain head shower, separate WC. Two guest bedrooms on upper level with queen beds, A/C and ceiling fans. One offers a view of Nevis Peak, while the other has French doors leading to a generous balcony that offers some of the best views on island. Walk-in rain head showers. Located on the lower level, two more bedrooms are separated by a living space complete with kitchenette and open sitting or recreation room, French doors opening to pool deck in all three rooms. Bedroom 4 has ensuite bathroom with large walk-in rain head shower, A/C and ceiling fan. Bedroom 5 has two twin beds, half bath, no A/C, but ceiling fan.
Verandas
Large verandas surround on the house on both living levels.
Construction
Block and masonry with unique Spanish tile roof; windows and doors and cabinetry are all mahogany and hard woods manufactured by SMPM in St. Martin. Built by Urban Jones.
Pool
Lovely pool 20’ x 40’ for laps or relaxing; pool and surrounding sun deck /veranda overlook St. Kitts.
