Open-plan living room and newly remodeled kitchen flanked by two bedrooms lead out to a lovely screened veranda with seating and dining areas. House located in easy walking distance to the main road and island beaches and a short drive to many restaurants.

House is a 10-minute drive to the Four Seasons Resort and the Nevis International Airport, and 5 minutes from the water taxi pier.
