Living Room:
Large sitting area with large full wall unit with Sony flat-screen TV with Polk Audio speakers with sliding Nano pocket doors. Sculpted barrel-vaulted ceilings of cedar wood and tile floor. Comfortable seating to either enjoy a film or the natural beauty outside.
Kitchen:
Full gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry with Jenn-Air stainless dishwasher, Jenn-Air 5-burner glass cooktop, Jenn-Air stainless side-by-side refrigerator; GE microwave; Turbo Chef double oven; granite counters and custom cabinetry; three-bowl stainless sink, separate island bar with three stools. Huge glass doors and sea views.
Dining:
Alfresco dining on upper veranda and inside dining in living area. Another dining area on lower veranda at pool level adjacent to outdoor kitchen and grill.
Bedrooms:
On the top floor of house, is a huge, newly-created main suite with king bed with glass walls facing the sea leading out to an extended veranda. Adjoining is an ensuite bath and separate kitchenette. Direct access to elevator leading down to the two lower levels. On main floor beyond kitchen is guest suite with king bed, French doors out to veranda, Sony TV with Polk Audio speakers, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet. Lower level bedroom with large ensuite bathroom; three sets of French doors outside to pool level. King bed. Large separated bathroom suite with custom cabinetry for linen storage, granite counters; large walk-in limestone shower with rainhead shower. Guest Cottage:
Two-story guest cottage has two separate bedrooms with ensuite baths and small verandas facing the sea.
Veranda:
Has dining table, outdoor kitchen with sink, refrigerator, ice machine, and cabinets adjacent to large gas grill.
Pool:
Freeform pool that hugs the side of the hill on the lower floor of the house with waterfalls and separate hot tub area. Custom tiling in pool.
Amenities:
GE Profile washer/dryer in downstairs separate laundry room. Sink and cabinets, large freezer. Large screen TVs in each bedroom and in living room.
Services:
Provisioning available for groceries or fine wines; housekeeping twice weekly, concierge services; rental car reservations; welcome breakfast and drinks provided. Bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames; rental office on property. In-home chef services can be arranged.

House is located in the popular Cliffdwellers area in walking distance to beaches at Cliffdwellers, Jones Bay, Tamarind Bay, Cades Bay, and Oualie Bay. Restaurants include Luna at SEASIDE, Gin Trap, Yachtsman’s Grill, Oualie Beach Hotel, Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer and Dew Drop Inn. 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons with its golf and tennis; 3 minutes to water taxi pier, 10 minutes to Charlestown.
