Enter this lovely two-bedroom property located at SEASIDE at Cliffdwellers into a welcoming courtyard with plunge pool and waterfalls and twinkling lights at night. A screened front loggia with eating table and daybed faces the 85-foot freeform pool and gardens surrounding the property, the perfect spot for morning coffee or hours of reading. The spacious great room/kitchen opens out to the courtyard with powder room. This natural waterfront setting is populated by tropical birds, including the graceful snowy egret, close to the steps down to the sea.

Main bedroom at front of the house has queen bed with ensuite bath with walk-in shower; A/C and ceiling fan, and large closet. There’s a small upstairs veranda off this room with incredible views of the sea, St. Kitts and the pool below. Guest bedroom with twin beds with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower; A/C and ceiling fan.

Downstairs loggia-type area has push-out louvers and screens and door leading to the pool area.
Pool:
House has use of 85-foot free-form shared pool. Seating area with two lounge chairs are dedicated to this home. Private plunge pool in entry courtyard of house.
