Enter this lovely two-bedroom property located at SEASIDE at Cliffdwellers through a welcoming courtyard with plunge pool, comfortable outdoor seating, and a grill ready for evening BBQs. A comfy eating area is in a screened front loggia with views of the 85-foot-freeform pool and gardens surrounding the property. The spacious great room/kitchen opens out to the courtyard with powder room. This natural waterfront setting is populated by tropical birds, including the graceful snowy egret, close to beachfront steps down to the sea.

House has use of 85-foot free-form shared pool. Reserved seating area with two lounge chairs are dedicated to this home. Private plunge pool in entry courtyard of house.
