Set on the sea close enough to hear the waves lapping, this lovely waterfront villa is part of a fabulous enclave on Nevis. Designed following traditional West Indian architectural features, Sea Change is a three-bedroom home with a large great room/kitchen facing the sea. The front louvered doors slide to open the house totally to the outside and a spacious screened veranda and sun deck. The whole house is furnished with delightful, colorful prints and furniture from Maine Cottage. Fitness center on the property, along with the popular restaurant Luna.

Living Room:
Large open sitting area with flat-screen TV, bookcases, open views across infinity pool, sea, and St. Kitts. Huge doors open up the whole front of the living room. Indoor/outdoor sound system.
Kitchen:
Open-plan gourmet kitchen with all updated appliances; small appliances; new quartz counters; large pantry.
Dining:
Alfresco dining on round table on the veranda.
Bedrooms:
Main bedroom has king four-poster bed, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, private ensuite bathroom with shower that opens to connecting outdoor shower. French doors lead out to private bricked courtyard with chairs and table perfect for morning coffee or afternoon respite from the sun. A/C and ceiling fan. Two ensuite bedrooms on second floor with queen beds, large closets, and French doors leading out onto front veranda and comfortable seating facing the sea. A/C and ceiling fans.
Veranda:
Downstairs loggia-type veranda has automatic retractable screens. Upstairs is open front veranda.
Pool:
Infinity pool surrounded by sundeck area and steps that lead down to a grassy area and a small beach with access for swimming and/or snorkeling.
Amenities:
WIFI, second-floor laundry room, powder room on main floor; automatic propane back-up generator. Bose whole-house indoor/outdoor speaker system. Good collection of books on hand. Welcome breakfast food and drinks provided. Bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames. Cliffdwellers fitness center with machines, free weights, and some Pilates equipment. On-site restaurant Luna for dinners, and V Gallery for artwork and gifts. Little Free Library located at Cliffdwellers.

Provisioning available for groceries and fine wines; concierge services; rental car and arrival reservations; weekly housekeeping; night-time security. Chef services can be arranged.

House is located in the popular Cliffdwellers area in walking distance to beaches at Cliffdwellers, Jones Bay, Tamarind Bay, Cades Bay, and Oualie Bay. Restaurants include Luna at SEASIDE, Gin Trap, Yachtsman’s Grill, Oualie Beach Hotel, Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer and Dew Drop Inn. 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons with its golf and tennis; 3 minutes to water taxi pier, 10 minutes to Charlestown.
