This totally renovated three-bedroom beach cottage is light and bright with beautiful views of the waves lapping over the reefs off Nisbet beach. An easy walk to the beach is straight in front of the house down across a yard and beach path—leave your shoes at home. Very near the Nevis airport and a convenience store is about a three-minute drive away. Large open sitting area with flat-screen TV, bookcases and books, new windows open to stunning sea views. Comfortable furniture for reading or working. Open-plan to kitchen with bar. French doors on both sides of the room to allow breezes to flow through plus new casement windows with screens.

Completely remodeled gourmet kitchen with LG French door refrigerator; LG gas range; Bosch dishwasher, microwave, small appliances, pantry. Large picture window overlooking the pool area and views to Nevis Peak.

Three dining areas include seating for 6 on front screened veranda facing the sea; dining for 4 in screened area facing the pool; and seating for 4 on kitchen bar.

Main bedroom has king bed, large closet, private ensuite bathroom with shower and tub. A/C and ceiling fan.Two additional ensuite bedrooms include a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds, each with bathrooms with showers. A/C and ceiling fans in each room.

Two fully-screened porches on the front (seaside) and back (poolside) of the house.

Newly refurbished pool with fresh tile and Diamond Brite surface surrounded by sun deck and lounge chairs.

Location
House is located in the popular Nisbet Plantation area with direct beach access to Nisbet beach. Very close to Drift Restaurants, and a short drive from Oualie Beach Hotel, L’Escale, Yachtsman’s Grill, Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer and Dew Drop Inn. A 5-minute drive to airport or a 15-minute drive to Four Seasons with its golf and tennis; 10 minutes to water taxi pier, 20 minutes to Charlestown. Grocery shopping is available in Charlestown or at Best Buy in Gingerland, about a 15-minute drive.
