Sandwiched between two amazing beaches along Pinney’s facing St. Kitts, this charming cottage is located on the rocks and is a beach-lovers dream house. Recently renovated, the romantic two-bedroom house is a rare find on Nevis where true beachfront homes are few. Between the beach at Yachtsman’s Grill and Montpelier Planation’s beach, the private gated beachfront acre could not be better, nor could the views, and the house is comfortable, cozy, and breezy--with full A/C.

Living Room:
Large open sitting area with high-speed Internet, French doors leading out to front porch that is screened. Trundle daybed in living room. New dining table for six is on the porch, along with comfy chairs and rope hammock.
Bedrooms:
At one end of house is a four-poster king bedroom with a large closet, cubbies for clothing, and a new bathroom with walk-in shower. At the opposite end is a new addition: a large bedroom with floating king bed, bookcases, sliding glass doors opening to sea views; black-out and sheer curtains, window shades. Roomy new bathroom with shower; kitchenette and laundry room.
Kitchen:
A U-shaped kitchen is located behind the living area with fridge, gas range, white Quartz counters, refrigerator-freezer Well-stocked for beachside cooking. In the new addition, there is a kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, glass cooktop, cabinets, full sink, and microwave.
Amenities
Wi-Fi, flat-screened Smart TV in living room; washer-dryer in laundry room. Each room has at least one ceiling fan and AC throughout the house. Beach towels; charcoal grill. Property is fully fenced and gated.

Location:
House is located on the expansive Pinney’s Beach, perfect for long walks, just south of The Hamilton condo development. Walk to Yachtsman Grill restaurant in two minutes. All beaches on Nevis are public so guests may use any beach. Dinner reservations are required for beach BBQ nights at neighboring Montpelier Beach. Walk to Yachtsman Grill and Montpelier Beach; minutes drive to restaurants at Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer, Barefoot Beach Bar, Luna, L'Escale. Roadside vegetable stand nearby. A 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons Resort Nevis with golf and tennis; 10 minutes to Charlestown. Watersports center at nearby Oualie Beach. Water taxi pier from St. Kitts about 5-minute drive.
