The newest addition to Cliffdwellers, this amazing home on a low bluff right above the water is now available for rental. This open, yet cozy room combines living, with a glorious open kitchen in one huge room opens onto a fully screened veranda through large French doors that bring the outside in. Comfortable seating for watching TV or videos, music system, or just relaxing and reading.
Kitchen:
Completely modern kitchen with all GE Monogram appliances, two dishwashers, two ovens, pantry, wine fridge, custom cabinetry by Parry’s Woodworking, separate outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, and cooking area on veranda.
Dining:
Dining table that seats eight on poolside veranda.
Bedrooms:
Located on first floor, this fabulous very private main suite in its own wing off the main living area with queen bed with French doors opening to stunning sea views; A/C, flat-screen TV; very large bathroom with walk-in shower with dual shower heads leading to outdoor shower; separate W.C. with bidet; double sinks. Two bedrooms with queen beds, one with twin beds and ensuite baths, A/C, flat-screen TVs.
Veranda:
Spacious veranda with round dining table that seats 8; numerous pool loungers for relaxing, seating areas; outdoor grill. Upstairs veranda off front bedroom facing the sea is a great reading spot.
Pool:
Lovely pool decorated with Moroccan tiles, just outside the front of the house with pool loungers.

WIFI, large laundry room and powder room on main floor; automatic propane back-up generator. Welcome breakfast food and drinks provided. Bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames. Little Free Library located at Cliffdwellers.

House is located in the popular Cliffdwellers area in walking distance to beaches at Cliffdwellers, Jones Bay, Tamarind Bay, Cades Bay, and Oualie Bay. Restaurants include Luna at SEASIDE, Gin Trap, Yachtsman’s Grill, Oualie Beach Hotel, Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer and Dew Drop Inn. 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons with its golf and tennis; 3 minutes to water taxi pier, 10 minutes to Charlestown.
