This is one of the most sought-after rentals at Cliffdwellers, perched on a hillside with 270-degree views of the sea and 365 days of sunsets just off the tip of St. Kitts. Soak in the infinity-edged pool day or night and study the night-time sky on the open veranda. House is beautifully decorated with shades of seaglass and aquas and carefully designed to take advantage of its hillside location. On-site is the restaurant Luna, plus a fitness center.

Located within living room area with freshly-painted seafoam cabinetry. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, gas grill outdoors.
Dining:
Dining on table for 6 in main living area, but open to the outside on two side, so feels alfresco.
Bedrooms:
Main floor bedroom with king-sized bed with flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, two large closets, A/C, ceiling fans. Downstairs second main bedroom with king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower, two large closets, private front outdoor veranda, A/C, ceiling fans.
Veranda:
Open pool deck in front of house with loungers; additional side patio with comfortable seating, small bar, located under a portico with ceiling fan. Great spot for sundowners and watching yachts sail by and the pelicans dive.
Pool:
Infinity pool surrounded by sundeck area just outside the front of the house.

Restaurants include Luna at SEASIDE, Gin Trap, Yachtsman’s Grill, Oualie Beach Hotel, Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer and Dew Drop Inn. 5-minute drive to airport or Four Seasons with its golf and tennis; 3 minutes to water taxi pier, 10 minutes to Charlestown.
