This gracious traditional plantation-style home was built of local volcanic stone and mahogany doors and the long front veranda affords fabulous views of the Montserrat and Antigua. Just minutes from the highly-touted Golden Rock Hotel, the house offers four ensuite bedrooms with plenty of privacy for guests. A large pool sits in the garden, surrounded by mature plantings, including large mangoes. The house is surrounded by various hiking trails into the rain forest. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

Living Room:
The large living area furnished with wicker, dining table, plenty of colorful art work, bookcases, and cable TV.
Kitchen:
Located just off the living room area, the kitchen has a separate bar sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric range, and microwave, and two entrances, one that leads out to the side veranda.
Dining:
Dining on the terrace.
Bedrooms:
The main bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower, and entrance that leads out to front veranda as well as an internal entrance door into the living room. Located on the main floor as well, the second main bedroom also has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and ceiling fan. Two bedrooms downstairs each with twin beds that can be converted to kings; ceiling fans. Both are ensuite and lead out onto the downstairs garden terrace; the ensuite bathrooms are connected to accommodate guests with children who can be in connecting rooms.
Veranda:
There is a large sundeck with bar, chairs, and lounge chairs; bedroom verandas on two levels; back veranda for dining and grilling. The calming trickle of a waterfall welcomes visitors to the main front door.
Pool:
Lovely pool in the garden with sun deck and loungers.
Amenities:
Outdoor shower encased in a stone wall adjacent to a stone barbecue area; laundry room, WIFI, bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames of London; welcome breakfast and drinks provided.
Services:
Weekly housekeeping service, pool and gardening service, assistance with car rental and reservations, provisioning available.

House is located in the popular Golden Rock Estate area in daytime walking distance to the hotel and its well-known restaurant The Rocks; just 3-minute drive to Best Buy Supermarket; about 10 minutes drive to Montpelier Plantation Inn and also Hermitage Inn; various historic sites and attractions located in the nearby vicinity; beaches at Nisbet and Windward each about a 15-minute drive. Wonderful location to set off on walks through tropical rain forests.
