This charming beach house, just steps away from the beautiful white sands of Nisbet Beach, has recently had a facelift with new colors, fabrics, and a fabulous gourmet cook’s kitchen. The huge, screened porch faces the pool, with comfortable new seating for evening drinks or loungers for relaxing. Dine inside or on screened area. Nisbet Beach is an island favorite with white sand and a breezy coastline for sunning, beach walks, or snorkeling. Just minutes from the Nevis airport, water taxi pier, and several popular restaurants.

Living Room:
Comfortable seating for evenings watching a film or reading a good book in open great room with dining and new kitchen.
Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen, all newly remodeled with light colors, quartz countertops, top-notch stainless appliances—a cook’s dream with a center island for added work space.
Dining:
Alfresco dining on the screened veranda, or dining inside the great room.
Bedrooms:
Watch the waves rolling into the beach from a king-sized 4-poster bed in this bedroom at the far side of the villa with French doors out to the front veranda. A second new king bedroom was recently added and shares a bathroom with the front king room. A second guest bedroom has twin beds and ensuite bath with doors out to the front veranda.
Veranda:
Large screened (46-ft-long) veranda has several seating areas and three tables and many chairs for outdoor dining, hammocks for relaxing or comfy lounge chairs to relax with a good beach read. Additional lower gazebo in the garden.
Pool:
Pool located in front of the house offering great sea views and an ample sundeck.
Amenities:
Washer and dryer in separate large laundry/storage room; ceiling fans throughout; A/C in bedrooms; WIFI and TV; bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames of London; beverage and welcome breakfast.
Services:
Weekly services for housekeeping, pool and gardening; concierge assistance with car rental and reservations. Provisioning service for food or fine wines is available.
Child Policy
Not recommended for small children.
Location
House is located in the Blue Crescent Estates, located along popular Nisbet Beach. The house is within 5 minutes of the airport, a convenience store, and several restaurants. It is about a 10-minute drive to Four Seasons Resort Nevis with its Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and tennis, and about 15 minutes to Charlestown.
