A tiny, but tidy, one-room "studio" cottage has recently been refurbished right at the edge of sandy Nisbet Beach. An easy walk is right in front down a private beach path—leave your shoes at home. Very near the Nevis airport and a convenience store is about a three-minute drive away. Located in a small enclave of homes most desired by beach lovers who crave the sea and sand and peace and quiet. Perfect for one person wanting peace and quiet or for a couple desiring a romantic retreat.

Living/Kitchen/Sleeping Room:
n one room, you have all three. Enter the house through a fully-screened front porch, which has a dining table for four people. There is a comfortable double bed with all new linens, bedside lamps, and perfect perch for watching the new flat-screen Smart TV with all US and international channels, plus streaming sites. Ceiling fan keeps the room cool, along with several screened windows that catch the cross breezes. Adjacent is the small, compact kitchen with new full gas range, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wooden cabinetry, new Corian counters and stainless steel sink. Dining for 4 on round table in screened area facing the ocean--the best place to hang out for water views.

Walk-in shower and new sink and counter in bathroom.

Bath amenities by Gilchrist & Soames. Sand chairs, beach towels, portable umbrella, and cooler for the beach. Snorkeling equipment is available in various sizes. Outside in the lovely fenced in garden are lounge chair facing the sea.

Location
House is located in the popular Nisbet Plantation area with direct beach access to Nisbet beach. Very close to Drift Restaurant, and a short drive from Oualie Beach Hotel, L’Escale, Yachtsman’s Grill, Chrishi Beach, Indian Summer, and Luna. A 5-minute drive to airport or a 15-minute drive to Four Seasons with its golf and tennis; 10 minutes to water taxi pier, 20 minutes to Charlestown. Grocery shopping is available in Charlestown or at Best Buy in Gingerland, about a 15-minute drive. There are several produce stands nearby.
