This unique villa combines the luxury of a large Four Seasons home with the convenience of being very close to the hotel and the beach—an exceptional combination at this perfect location. Since it was built, the house has undergone major renovations—a major one when two homes were melded into one large, six-bedroom villa, complete with plunge pool and water views. The result is a very spacious and airy great room combined with a huge gourmet kitchen, perfect for an extended family group—the only one of its kind in the popular Palm Grove community.

So much space so close to resort.
Living Room:
Huge living area with open plan kitchen included. Numerous sets of sets of French doors lead out to screened verandas that surround the house.
Kitchen:
Large, open plan kitchen with granite countertops, and bar seating for four persons. Appliances include a Sub-Zero refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, cooktop; laundry appliances in separate closet.
Dining:
Area for dining inside great room, but ample room on veranda as well.
Bedrooms:
Two main bedrooms with ensuite marble bathrooms each with king beds. Third king bedroom, one bedroom with two double beds, and two bedrooms with twin beds, each with its own ensuite marble bathroom.
Veranda:
Very large and long wrap-around screened porch overlooking golf course and the sea on the ground level; there are smaller upper level screened porches for bedrooms.
Construction:
Completed in 1996; major renovations in 2005; roof shingled in 2011; bathrooms renovated in 2014.
Pool:
10’ x 15’ plunge pool with surrounding sun deck.
Details:
House is fully air-conditioned throughout and has vaulted cathedral ceilings. Flat-screen TV in living room and TVs in bedrooms. Owners lock-up closet and pantry. Separate carport for car and golf cart. The house is beautifully landscaped with mature plantings and there is a built-in outdoor grill.
