Larger Cottage: Substantial 3-BR cottage adjacent to mill with large living area, two bathrooms and small kitchen off of the large wrap-around veranda.

Guest Cottage: One-bedroom guest cottage that was created out of stone ruins, similar to a studio-type apartment. Perfect for guests or extra rental.

Pool: Large pool created out of old cistern.

Gardens: Lovely gardens surround houses with mature plantings. Severla acres undeveloped below houses. Views to sea.
