Set amid more than four acres of mature fruit trees and a magnificent 300-year-old banyan tree as its centerpiece, Banyan House is a unique offering on Nevis. With its country house feel, the original foundation dates back to C1750 and was the manor house for the historic Morningstar Estate. Currently family-owned and operated as a bed and breakfast, Banyan House could easily be returned to a private residence or continued as a business. There is plenty of room for farm animals and there is a sheep shed on the property. The property includes three separate buildings: the main house, guest house, and a delightful self-contained guest cottage, Bamboo Cottage. The gardens include a kitchen garden, a ginger garden, and an enchanting bamboo walk. The main house and Bamboo Cottage have views to the sea.
